Love handles, spare tyre, middle aged spread, call them what you will they aren’t attractive. Is sex a good exercise for love handles? The short answer is no!
Having said that, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try, and try and try some more to get rid of them with sex. In fact in the name of science you should try as much as possible.
I suppose if you did have enough active sex you would burn enough calories that the love handles would eventually shrink and go.
We fall down on the amount of garbage food we eat between sex sessions. I’m ready to go again pretty quick, usually about three weeks. How ’bout you?
On a more serious note, sex can be a great workout if you can work up a sweat and get your heart pumping.
Love handles and other unsightly lumps of flab are decidedly harder to banish. It’s possible, but it does take some work and some willpower.
Just look on the net and you’ll find all sorts of exercise for love handles. Some easy and some so complex you may need a Phd to work out how to do them.
In my eyes an all round fitness system is hard to beat. One that easily helps you keep in trim but also lets you eat well without going hungry.
There simply is no substitute for an all round system. Keeps any need for hard exercise down to a minimum.
The system I use is like this. I can plan ahead with my meals and exercise. Actually, I use a (stress free) online diet generator to create my meals.
I struggled for years with my weight. Struggle isn’t the right word because truth is I didn’t even try. I was convinced I couldn’t lose weight.
It’s not like that for me now. I discovered a system that works for me. I can eat decent size meals and don’t have to exercise to excess.
It’s a system that is simple. It will work for you just as it works for me and countless others. That is, if you want it to work.
People say they want to find a dieting system, but in truth do they really, really want to discover one? Do you?
One of the side effects to using a system like this and losing a few pounds is more sex! Much more sex!
